Continued use of our services after modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Services Provided

Wee Paw Way offers only in-home euthanasia services for pets in the Boston area. Other veterinary services are not available at this time.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are required for most services and should be scheduled in advance. In the case of an emergency, please call ahead whenever possible.

• Pet Health Information: Accurate health and vaccination records must be provided prior to any treatments. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications their pet is currently taking.

4. Fees and Payment

• Consultation Fees: Initial consultations rates may vary depending on the nature of the services.

• Payments: Payment is due at the time of service. Wee Paw Way accepts cash, credit cards, and other electronic payment methods as specified on our website.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $150.

5. Emergency Services

We do not provide emergency care or same day appointments due to the unique nature of our service. We advise clients to contact their regular veterinarian or local veterinary emergency hospital for such services.

6. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, Wee Paw Way is not liable for:

• Any allergic reactions, complications, or unforeseen outcomes resulting from medications given.

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you share with us. Client records are stored securely, and any personal or pet information provided will only be used for the purposes of veterinary care or as required by law.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who fails to comply with our policies, engages in abusive behavior towards staff, or poses a risk to the welfare of our staff, other clients, or animals.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Boston-based courts.
